We offer semi-private classes in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with around 70 online scheduling choices each week.
Pura Buena Onda offers semi-private and private conversation classes, in addition to our small group classes. They follow the same format as our group classes, are held in our office or online, and are taught by our teachers.
We offer semi-private classes for students that already have a partner, and semi-private classes for students that do not have a partner. If you need a partner, please fill out our form.
- Please note that you do not need a partner for afternoon/evening Beginner classes level 1 & 2 (we will pair you up).

How It Works.
- Students choose the monthly membership that’s right for them.
- Students manage their own schedule online, or pay an additional $19/month to have our staff manage their schedule.
- Prices vary depending on the number of classes purchased, see our rates page.
- Class spaces based on availability (a waitlist feature is available for classes that are full at the time of booking).
- Students may attend live classes or online classes (interchangeable).
- Classes may be canceled or rescheduled 24+ hours prior to class time without penalty.
- Memberships may be frozen for up to 8 weeks per year (PBO is closed approximately 6 weeks per year).
- Memberships may be canceled at any time.
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards accepted. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Location
All Spanish classes are in one of our 4 classrooms on University Avenue in North Park, or online (Pacific Time). There is a large parking lot behind the building, with an hour of free parking for Pura Buena Onda students (2 free hours after 6pm).
